Sported by Florence Welch, this psychedelic-tinged botanical fern was originally printed for Liberty in 1963 during the hippie-influenced paisley resurgence of the 1960s and 1970s. Arundel is part of The Audience act of Retold, celebrating the characterful and lively Liberty shopper, from Oscar Wilde in the 19th century to the artists, writers, musicians, rock legends, models and actors that have flocked to Regent Street since – our discerning audience is one of Liberty’s most inspiring muses for SS25.
Augusta linen is a light and attractive woven fabric, this cotton-linen blend is characterised by its softness, coolness and durability – with a softer and smoother hand feel than pure linen, thanks to the added cotton fibres.
